About Us
Liz Walker-Feeney started selling real estate in the Sugarloaf area in 2004 and created Sugarloaf Region Real Estate powered by Keller Williams Realty. There was a need for a broker with local knowledge, cutting edge marketing skills, and aggressive sales techniques. Liz has successfully dominated the market by herself, selling millions monthly.
Liz started a second business, Rangeley Lake Real Estate in 2015, when she saw a need for her expertise in the Rangeley area. With the abundance of business and repeat clients, Liz needed to grow her team and that’s when she met Emily Weeks. Emily is the buyer specialist for Sugarloaf Region and Rangeley Lake Real Estate, she joined the team in 2021 and took off running. Emily closed her first transaction within 30 days and has not stopped. Liz and Emily are available to their clients 365 days a year, and almost 24 hours a day.
